Value Added Programs (VAP) – MBA Programme

The Department of MBA offers Value Added Programs (VAPs) to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. These programs are designed to enhance students' employability, technical competencies, communication skills, and professional readiness. For the MBA Batch 2024-2026, VAPs were conducted across all three semesters in collaboration with reputed industry training partners. During the first semester, students underwent Business Communication Skills training to strengthen their professional communication and workplace etiquette. In the second semester, students were trained in Quantitative Aptitude and Microsoft Office & Advanced Excel to improve analytical and problem-solving abilities. During the third semester, specialization-based training was offered to equip students with domain-specific skills. Python for Analytics was conducted for Analytics specialization students, Digital Marketing by Meta was offered for Marketing and HR specialization students, and SAP FICO training was provided for Finance and Analytics specialization students. These programs combined theoretical concepts with practical applications through hands-on training, case studies, assignments, and assessments. The VAP initiative significantly enhanced students' industry readiness and career prospects by developing technical, analytical, and professional competencies.

Value Added Programs (VAP) – MBA Batch 2025–2027

The Department of MBA has introduced Value Added Programs (VAPs) for the MBA Batch 2025–2027 to equip students with industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills. These programs complement the university curriculum by focusing on employability and professional development. During the second semester, students undergo training in Quantitative Aptitude to strengthen analytical and problem-solving abilities required for competitive examinations and corporate placements. Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel training is also offered to develop proficiency in business productivity tools and data analysis. In the third semester, specialization-based training is planned to provide domain-specific expertise. Python for Analytics will be offered to Analytics specialization students to enhance data analysis and visualization skills. Digital Marketing by Meta will be conducted for Marketing and HR specialization students to develop digital marketing competencies. SAP FICO training will be offered to Finance and Analytics specialization students to provide practical exposure to enterprise resource planning and financial accounting systems. All programs are delivered in collaboration with industry experts and training partners through hands-on learning, case studies, and practical assignments. These Value-Added Programs aim to improve student’s technical competence, confidence, and career readiness in a competitive business environment.
